No problem! The program builds endurance gradually. Our coaches will help you with proper running form and pacing to ensure you improve safely and effectively.

What happens during the assessment?

You'll complete a brief consultation, 3–4 HYROX-style fitness tests, receive your personal HYROX Score, and leave with a recommended training roadmap.

What if I have an injury?

We work with you to find modifications. Our coaches can adapt your plan to your needs, ensuring you can train safely and still get great results. Always consult a medical professional first.

Do non-members qualify for Early VIP Registration Access?
